Sealants The teeth are cleaned using Air Abrasion (refer to Air Abrasion Page). The sealant is placed in the pits and grooves where
bacteria typically produce cavities. A laser curing light is used to harden the sealant producing a cavity-free smooth surface. Sealants are an integral part of any preventive dental care program.
